“Phil recently carried out the external decoration on our urbanisation. Phil turned up at the agreed time to quote for the work and was courteous and efficient at all times. The quality of Phil’s preparation and quality of the products used was exemplary. Whilst, in the long term, this work will be incredibly good value due to the quality of work, there are lessor skilled decorators around I guess who will charge a little less….
