Do you charge for a quotation?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. We'll come and look at the property, talk through what you want doing, and send a written, itemised quote.
How long does a typical villa exterior take?
It depends on the size of the property, the state of the render and how much metalwork is involved. That's exactly what the site visit is for — you'll get realistic dates in writing rather than a guess over the phone.
Can you do the work while we’re back in the UK?
Yes, and a lot of the work is done that way. You'll get photos as it progresses and a final set when it's finished.
What about rust on gates and railings?
Rust gets cut back and treated before anything else happens. Painting over it looks fine for one summer and then bleeds through — which is why so much of the portfolio is metalwork that needed doing properly the second time.

The Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja and Costa Blanca South — Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Villamartin, Los Dolses, Los Altos, Los Balcones, La Florida, La Regia, Dehesa de Campoamor, Benijofar, San Miguel de Salinas, Quesada and Rojales. If you're just outside, ask anyway.
