We live here permanently. How disruptive is a full interior repaint?
Less than most people expect. Rooms are done in sequence, so there's always somewhere to sit, cook and sleep. A typical bungalow interior is a matter of days rather than weeks.
Will the smell be a problem?
Modern water-based paints have very little odour and it's gone within a day with the windows open.
Can you paint the covered terrace and pergola?
Yes. They're usually the most detailed part of the job and are quoted properly rather than tacked on at the end.
